Foam-board build This is normally what I suggest for
parents that want to give their kid a mouse droid knowing it is going to
get beat up. If you are going to make your shell with cardboard or black foam-board then you will need to download the templates, plans, or see reference pictures in the Yahoo Mouse Droid Builders group. Also, if you are going this route then check out this website, it will show you how to do a quick Mouse droid build using a simple $20 car from Toys-R-Us. In this build you will only need a good utility knife, xcato blade, and a hot glue gun. |
